Teaching Qualifications:
A New York State Certified K-12 Art Teacher, I received my masters degree in art education from Syracuse University in 1993.
I have over 15 years experience teaching art, including 11 years as a middle and high school art teacher. In accordance with the NY State standards for the arts, I've taught the following courses:
•Studio Art - grades 6, 7, 8, and high school
•High School Photography - film and digital
•High School Computer Graphics - covering the areas of graphic design, web design, animation, and video editing.
I've taught arts and crafts in various camps and after school programs for elementary and middle school levels.

Art2Go Party Art: Are you having a party for your child between the ages of 8 and 12? Consider having the party gather to create art they can take home with them. Party art favorites include puppets, jewelry, stamps, printmaking and transfers, photo and assemblage collage, self-hardening clay, paper mache and mini scultpure.
